Holiday Hours and Emergency Maintenance: Keeping You Covered Through the Festive Season

The holiday season is here, and while we at MPIRE Properties are looking forward to celebrating with our loved ones, we also want to make sure our tenants feel supported throughout this busy time. Here’s what you need to know about our holiday hours and how we’ll continue to assist you, even when the office is closed.


Holiday Office Hours

  • Christmas Eve: Closing at noon on December 24th
  • Christmas Day: Closed all day on December 25th
  • New Year’s Eve: Closing at noon on December 31st
  • New Year’s Day: Closed all day on January 1st

We’ll return to our regular hours after the holidays, ready to help with anything you need!


We’re Still Here for Emergencies

Just because the office is closed doesn’t mean you’re on your own. Our emergency maintenance line is always available to handle urgent issues. Call 620-236-3557 option 5. Please do not text, e-mail or submit online requests for emergency items. Here are some examples of what’s considered an emergency:

  • No heat in freezing weather (what is the actual temp?)
  • Burst pipes or major water leaks
  • Sewer backups
  • Electrical outages affecting safety or critical appliances like refrigerators

If you’re unsure whether your situation is an emergency, feel free to call. We’ll help guide you on the next steps!


Non-Emergency Requests? We’ve Got You Covered!

For non-urgent maintenance needs, please use our online maintenance request portal. These requests will be addressed when the office reopens. Examples of non-emergencies include:

  • Dripping faucets
  • Minor appliance issues
  • Cosmetic repairs

Submitting your request through the portal ensures it gets handled as quickly as possible when our team returns.
