“2022 was a difficult year for many,” Alan Burton, MPIRE Chief Financial Officer said. “With inflation and overall costs increasing, we wanted to help our new tenants start 2023 with a free month’s rent.”


MPIRE Properties has updated rentals in Great Bend, Ellinwood, Hoisington, Russell, Larned, Pratt, Sylvan Grove, Glasco, Abilene and Concordia. Our available rentals range from 1-bedroom apartments to 3-bedroom homes.


The January special is valid only on 12-month leases. You must occupy the residence prior to March 1, 2023. Valid only for new residents. Other exclusions and rules may apply.
