MPIRE Properties conducts high-level screening on all our potential tenants. Our screening includes – a credit report, a background check and rental history. From the data analyzed, MPIRE Properties utilizes a point scoring system to determine an applicants’ acceptance.

As you identify your rental needs, fill out an application on our website. You can access the application through any of our available rentals. Even if a rental doesn’t match your criteria, fill out an application so our team of property management experts can match you with a Central Kansas home that checks all your boxes. After you fill out your application, our team will analyze your application and let you know if you were accepted. If your rental of choice is available, we will begin the move-in process. If we don’t have any vacancies that fit your needs,
